Apache License 2.0

Skiva uses the standard Apache License 2.0 (SPDX: Apache-2.0). Individuals and companies may self-host, modify, distribute, sell, and offer paid hosting. Skiva adds no prohibition on commercial use or profitable derivatives.

Distribution requirements

Provide the license text to recipients, clearly identify modified files, retain applicable copyright and attribution notices, and preserve applicable NOTICE contents as required by section 4. The license does not require disclosure of all modified source code.

The license includes a patent grant and termination conditions. It does not automatically grant trademark rights. Warranty exclusions and liability limitations are governed by the license text.

Third-party and user content

Third-party components retain their own licenses. Your Skills, business data, and Agent output do not automatically inherit Skiva's license merely because you use the platform.
